OFFICIAL RULES

"Desert Hills Art Contest"

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Desert Hills Roastery LLC ("Sponsor"),
located in Arizona.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older
at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved
in the administration of this Contest (collectively, "Contest
Entities"), are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and
judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 15, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time
("PT") and ends on March 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Contest
Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this
Contest.

4. How to Enter

To enter, submit your original artwork must be posted to Instagram with
#DesertHillsArtContest and tagging @Desert.Hills.Roastery during the Contest
Period. Each entry must include:

• A
  high-resolution digital image of your original artwork
• Title
  of the artwork.
• Entrant's
  will later be required to provide full name, age, email address, and
  mailing address.

Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received
during the Contest Period. Entries must be the entrant's original creation,
created solely by the entrant, and may not infringe any third-party rights
(including copyright, trademark, or privacy/publicity rights). NO AI. An
imperfect AI screening tool may be used to disqualify submissions. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these
requirements.

5. Judging / Winner Selection

All eligible entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor based on a combination
of commercial value, likes shares, and judges completely unpredictable personal
opinions about art. The entrant with the highest overall score will be selected
as the potential Grand Prize winner.

Decisions of the judges are final. Odds of winning depend on
the quality and number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize (One Winner)

One (1) Grand Prize: $500.00 USD (awarded as cash or check) and one (1) year of
free coffee (awarded as [specify, e.g., "a gift card or credit valued at
approximately $300–$500 depending on usage, redeemable at [specific coffee
shop/chain]"]). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize
package: $400–$600 USD (exact value may vary). Prize is non-transferable,
non-assignable, and no cash redemption or substitution is permitted except at
Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is
responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses not
specified herein. Prize will be reported on IRS Form 1099 if required.

7. Winner Notification / Verification

The potential winner will be notified via email or the method used for entry
within approximately 10 business days after the end of the Contest Period. The
potential winner must respond within 10 days and may be required to execute and
return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal)
Publicity Release within the time specified, or the prize may be forfeited and
an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to
notify a potential winner.

8. Rights Granted / License

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, display, distribute, and use the
submitted artwork (and details such as title and entrant's name) for purposes
of administering the Contest, announcing/promoting the winner, and in
connection with Sponsor's promotional materials, website, social media, and
related activities, without further compensation, notice, or permission (except
where prohibited by law). Entrant retains ownership of the copyright in their
artwork, subject to the license granted herein.

9. General Conditions / Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected,
or delayed entries; technical failures; or any other factors beyond Sponsor's
reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend
the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupt its
administration, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By
participating, entrants release the Contest Entities from any liability arising
from participation or prize acceptance/use. Winners agree to use of their name,
likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation,
except where prohibited.

10. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules or the Contest shall
be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of
law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in Arizona.

11. Winner's List / Rules Request

For a list of winners (available after winner confirmation) will be posted on Instagram.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's
privacy policy. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Good luck!
